Thank you for shopping with RUWA & CO ! We are a business based in the UK, and we are proud to ship our products to customers in the UK, Europe, USA, and Canada.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Express Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 24): 1–2 business days - £6.99

Free shipping is available for orders over £50.

International Standard: 3–7 business days - £7.50

International Tracked: 3–5 business days - £15.00

International Standard: 6–10 business days - £10 (orders £0.00-£69) £25 (orders £70 or above)

Please note: Shipping times may vary due to customs clearance delays.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important)
RUWA & CO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

For EU Customers: Since Brexit, orders entering the EU from the UK may be subject to VAT and handling fees upon delivery, depending on your country's local regulations.

For USA Customers: Please be aware that as of August 2025, the US "de minimis" exemption has been removed. This means that shipments of any value entering the USA may now be subject to import duties and processing fees. These are government-imposed charges and are not collected by us.

For Canadian Customers: Orders may be subject to GST/HST and duties once the package arrives at the Canadian border.
If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping plus any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
4. International Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes outside of the UK. We currently only ship to the UK, EU countries, USA, and Canada.
5. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Info@RuwaOfficial.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged: If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at Info@RuwaOfficial.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Lost: If a package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local delivery office first. We are not responsible for packages once they are scanned as delivered by the carrier.
